Hello, my name is Heather Haeger, and I am one of the Learning Specialist at the SALT Center. I am a University of Arizona alum, receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I was a member of the U of A Blue Chip Program and have since taught the U of A’s Exploring Leadership class. My Master’s Program in Higher Education with a focus on Student Services is completing in May, 2007. I am also involved in a research project examining technology use in the classroom and its affects on universities. For six years I was a member of a local modern dance company but now spend most of free time doing homework.

Before coming to the SALT Center, I have worked with low income youth and families at a local counseling agency and, most recently, in a substance abuse treatment center for teens. I am excited about working at the SALT Center because I enjoy the opportunity to work with students throughout their college careers.
