I am Jean-Luc Rateau and I have had the pleasure to work for the SALT Center program as a Support Systems Analyst for the last 4 years.
As an educational program, the SALT Center is committed to work with the latest Information Technology that enhances the quality of our work and benefits our students. My duty is to maintain or upgrade our network, stations and servers as well as developing some programming projects.
I predominantly work for and with the staff members, but I am always glad to help a student with technical or computer issues. So please feel free to stop by my office in room 107J, located in the students' computer resource lab.
