Hi - I'm Rhonda Burnett and I'm one of the Academic Professionals here at The SALT Center. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Higher Education. I'm a member of Learning Disabilities Association (LDA), Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD), and Arizona (AzPAC). I've presented at LDA conferences and, also, attended a National Association for College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) conference.
I also participate on many committees within SALT, some of which include the financial aid committee, the mentor committee, and the website committee. One primary focus and area of interest for me is community outreach, specifically to learning disabled children ranging from elementary to high school grades.
On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies, and reading. As a native Tucsonan and a graduate of the University of Arizona, I'm a true Arizona Wildcat.
