Role at the SALT Center: As a Graduate Assistant, I work with students to help implement their Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) by collaboratively developing goals for success, incorporating academic strategies and providing guidance and encouragement. I assist students with time-management and course syllabi comprehension. I also serve as a liaison between the SALT Center and the campus community. I recruit, hire, train and evaluate peer tutors who assist students with coursework.
