Role at the SALT Center: As the Senior Coordinator of Bartlett Labs, I design and implement assessment initiatives, analyze student engagement and success outcomes, and help maintain the SALT Center's student databases. I also create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights that guide service improvements and inform decision-making.

Activities/Interests: I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. We share our home with two cats, a variety of aquatic life, and houseplants that seem to be staging a silent takeover. I love getting outside when the Tucson weather allows, whether it’s hiking or gradually adding more greenery to our yard. Life with a toddler keeps me busy, but I make time to catch up with friends whenever I can. I also enjoy listening to audio-books on the go and watching British television to unwind.
